Commercial Terms
Orders, Pricing & Payment
Quotations & Orders
All quotations are valid for the period specified in the quotation. Orders are only confirmed upon our written acceptance. We reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion.
Pricing
Prices are quoted in the currency specified in the quotation and are subject to change based on market conditions, currency fluctuations, and supplier pricing. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order acceptance.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in the quotation or order confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may be subject to additional charges or suspension of services.
Logistics
Shipping, Delivery & Risk
Shipping and delivery terms (including Incoterms) will be agreed upon between Sunsell and the client and specified in the order confirmation or contract. Risk and title transfer according to the agreed Incoterms.
While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery timelines, delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, port congestion, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all import regulations, customs duties, taxes, and documentation requirements for their destination country are met.
Quality Assurance
Returns, Claims & Quality
We are committed to delivering quality products that meet agreed specifications. Any claims regarding quality, quantity, damage, or discrepancies must be reported in writing within the timeframe specified in the contract or, if not specified, within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Claims must include supporting documentation, photographs, and any relevant inspection reports. We reserve the right to inspect the goods and verify the claim before determining the appropriate resolution.
Returns are only accepted with prior written approval from Sunsell. Approved returns must be shipped back in their original condition and packaging unless otherwise agreed.
Legal
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunsell (Pvt) Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website, products, or services.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a specific order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that order.
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, government actions, or supplier failures.
